My camera broke all of a sudden last month. It's a Fuji F200 EXR and I'd been really happy with it, when I called the company I bought it from they told me I'd need to return it to Fuji for repair. I must admit I feared the worst but the service I got from Fuji was about the best I've had. As well as being able to check the status of the repair online, I was emailed with an update at every stage of the process. The camera was returned this weeken in fully working order. The only downside was that they use City Link as couriers who I've had nothing but hassle with every time I've had to deal with them. But as for Fuji, very impressed.
